E-RYT 500, yoga instructor for children and adults

I recently took part in a fun yoga photo shoot at the yoga movement. I teach there on Sundays at 1:30 PM. Currently this is a beginner’s class but in the fall we have plans to make it a meditation class so stay tuned!

Here are a few of my favorite pictures:

  1. Thank you Kate! What interesting commentary. Backbending has always come more easily to me. One of my favorites is the chaturanga since I have had to work hard on strength. And I love the child’s pose where you can see my feet–to me it represents surrender and humility.

What excellent images Erin. Up-dog and Royal Pigeon are both particularly evocative: Up-dog of devotion turned up with the exposure of the heart and face, and Royal Pigeon of devotion of a more private nature circular connection of feet and crown. But love all of them.
